CANCELLED -- turns out it did fit my bike, I just needed to bend the center thing quite a bit.
Bought used from a garage sale, but I could never install it. Two prongs mount by the rear axle, and a sliding flat bar mounts to the center. My bike did not have the fitting in the center, I need a rack that has a different style on the top (two sliders that mount on the sides).
The rack itself is pretty sweet. It has a spring hinge that you could use for securing something, and a drop in the back for attaching a rear light. I don't know the brand, but it is marked with the rating 25kgs max weight. It is made of aluminium and is pretty beefy.
